   Shipping is free on all orders. Shipping costs and shipping methods are subject to the instructions on the payment page and may vary for different shipping destinations.


What ship method is used?

We use outside shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS) and we can guarantee these delivery times. (Except for unexpected factors)


How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order through the Track Order page. You'll also receive regular emails with relevant updates about your order, including tracking numbers, inventory updates, and more. Alternatively, if you have any questions, please email [email protected]. Our customer service team takes 24-48 hours to respond.


Should I enter my mobile phone number when checking out?

   It is recommended that you enter your mobile phone number during checkout to ensure smooth delivery of your order. Please keep your phone connected to ensure faster delivery.


   How long will it take for me to receive my package after placing my order?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 5-7 working days

Shipping time: 12-15 working days (according to logistics method and delivery address)

Delivery Days = Handling Time + Shipping Time

   Handling Time: Handling time is the time it takes for a seller to prepare an item for shipment. Processing time varies for different items based on product category and quantity.

My package has been lost or stolen.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, or your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you through the claims process with the carrier. Please note: Claims may take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the carrier used). Steaday is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.


Out of stock items

If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items is out of stock, we will continue to ship the remainder of your order. We will contact you via email with next steps for out-of-stock items.


Shipping fee

Shipping charges are based on order value. (The greater the quantity ordered, the heavier the package will be.)
